When should I take a pregnancy test?
For the most accurate result, it’s best to wait until after a missed period to take a pregnancy test. Testing too early can lead to a false negative because hCG levels may not be high enough to detect yet.
Why do I need an ultrasound if my pregnancy test already came back positive?
A pregnancy test can indicate pregnancy, but an ultrasound provides more information. A limited obstetrical ultrasound can help determine how far along you are, whether the pregnancy is located in the uterus, and whether cardiac activity is present.
Are there any any out-of-pocket costs for your services?
No. Our services are offered at no cost, including pregnancy testing, limited obstetrical ultrasounds for qualifying clients, and support services.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Photo ID and if applicable, an ultrasound image or proof of pregnancy signed by a medical professional.
Am I able to bring someone with me when I come in?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your partner, a friend, parent, or another support person to your appointment.
Do I need insurance?
No. Our services are provided at no cost, so insurance is not required. We do not ask for income verification and there are no hidden fees.
Is what I share with your staff kept confidential?
Yes. Your privacy matters to us, and we understand these conversations are personal. Any information you share during your appointment is kept confidential.
Do you provide or refer for abortions?
No. We do not perform or refer for abortions. However, we provide information on pregnancy options, along with services and support to help you make an informed decision.

It is a simple process here: Fill out some paperwork, talk with the advocate in a safe and confidential space, and shop in our Blessings Boutique if you need items for your journey. We are here to welcome you and provide a peaceful experience.
What if I need physical support?
We have a boutique, where everything is purchased with Baby Bucks. These are earned through our BrightCourse program and community partners throughout Coshocton County.
